GovernanceThe BoardSEC's full board meets on a quarterly basis. It sets the strategy for the organisations, and approves annual work plans and budgets. SEC holds an AGM in late November/early December. Under SECs memorandum and articles of association all elected board members stand for election by postal ballot before the AGM. Following the AGM the new Board co-opts up to 5 additional members. |
